True to their tried and trusted formula, Bell & Ross have designed a military version of the BR 03 Ceramic, giving it a khaki dial with a matt black ceramic strap, and a khaki canvas strap. Add a Sellita movement, and voilà, you have the BR 03 Military Type.

Case and dial

The dial has a red symbol, MT which stands for Military Type, that the brand connects to the use of a SuperLuminova photoluminescent coating on hands, indices and numerals, for good night-time visibility. The dial also has a circular date window. The ceramic used for the case is lightweight and substantially non-scratch. The case is 42 mm in diameter, with solid caseback

Movement

The automatic mechanical movement, Calibre BR.CAL.302, provides hours, minutes, seconds and date. It is the Sellita SW300-1, providing 38 hours power reserve.

Reference and price

The Bell & Ross BR03-92 Military Type, reference BR03-92-MIL-CE, is available with canvas and rubber strap (possibly both are supplied with the watch). Its price is €3,400.
